WOMEN’S 6 WEEK CHALLENGE
You don’t need to be in shape to start, this six-week program is designed for beginners. Participants commit to training three times per week for one hour each session in a fun, supportive group environment led by experienced male and female coaches.
This women’s-only challenge focuses on both physical and mental transformation through structured workouts, a proven nutrition plan, and positive community support. You’ll take before-and-after photos to track your progress, join a private Facebook group for guidance and motivation, and learn lasting habits for fitness, nutrition, and confidence.
