  • Do I need experience to start training at Elite MMA?

    Not at all! Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed to help you learn at your own pace. Whether it’s MMA, BJJ, boxing, or our fitness classes, our coaches will guide you step-by-step from day one.

  • What should I bring to my first class?

    Just comfortable workout clothes, water, and a good attitude! If you’re trying a striking or BJJ class, we have gloves and gear available for your first visit.

  • What types of classes do you offer?

    We offer a variety of classes including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Bang Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, and our Extreme Fit Bag conditioning class. We also host specialized 6-week fitness challenges for both men and women.

  • Do you have showers and locker rooms?

    Yes! Our facility includes full locker rooms with showers, a sauna, and secure storage for your belongings.

  • Can my child train at Elite MMA?

    Absolutely. We offer Kids BJJ and youth programs / memberships designed to build discipline, confidence, and coordination in a safe and encouraging environment.

  • How do I sign up for a membership or trial class?

  • Do you have weights and strength training equipment?

    Yes! In addition to our martial arts and fitness classes, Elite MMA features a full gym area with free weights, machines, and functional training equipment so you can build strength, power, and endurance on your own schedule.

  • Is there a sauna available for members?
