Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
This class covers the foundation of MMA including striking combinations, punches, elbows, knees, takedowns, positioning, and clinch work using Bas Rutten?s MMA Fighting System.
Gear: Mouthpiece, 16oz boxing gloves, 4oz MMA gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, headgear, and groin protector.
Skill Level: All members
Boxing
This class will focus on building a solid striking foundation emphasizing stances, movement and explosive offensive striking and combinations. With heavy emphasis on conditioning training.
Gear: Mouthpiece, 16oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, groin protector and headgear
Skill Level: All members
Kids Boxing Classes
This class will help children improve coordination, fitness and agility, in a safe, exciting environment. Benefits include improved confidence and self-esteem. Classes cover basic boxing and self-defense including, punching combinations, strength training and footwork.
Gear: Boxing gloves, and hand wraps.
Skill Level: 5-12 years old
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
Class is a combination of wrestling and BJJ. Instructor will focus on submission techniques and strength and conditioning.
Gear: Shorts, rash-guard, Gi, groin protector, and mouthpiece.
Skill Level: All levels
Bas Rutten's Class
Bas Rutten himself will teach his world famous fighting system including, boxing, kickboxing, BBJ, MMA, wrestling, submissions, and conditioning.
Gear: Mouthpiece, 16oz boxing gloves, 4oz MMA gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, headgear, and groin protector.
Skill Level: Intermediate
